Michael R. Braun

After graduating from Atlanta Law School in 1993, my legal career has been exclusively focused on jury trial work. I have dedicated my practice to handling significant personal injury cases, including wrongful death, tractor-trailer accidents, and premises liability claims. Throughout the years, I have successfully conducted jury trials in various locations across Georgia, achieving verdicts that range from several thousand dollars in smaller soft tissue cases to a notable $5,000,000.00 settlement in a substantial injury case. The courtroom is my passion, and I thoroughly enjoy the art of trial advocacy. As a result, I am frequently sought after by fellow attorneys to collaborate on the preparation and litigation of complex cases.

I hold admissions to practice law in the State of Georgia, U.S. District Court, U.S. Court of Appeals, and the U.S. Supreme Court. Additionally, I am proud to be a certified Civil Trial Lawyer through the National Board of Trial Advocates, a recognition that attests to my expertise in this field. Over the years, I have been invited as a guest lecturer, sharing my knowledge on various subjects, such as case preparation for trial and expert deposition techniques.
