David Lindsey

Having obtained his Bachelor of Arts and Juris Doctor degrees from the University of Wyoming, Mr. Lindsey has been practicing law since 1988. He provides legal representation to clients in a wide range of civil and criminal matters. In the civil realm, Mr. Lindsey has successfully represented healthcare professionals, such as physicians and nurses, before state licensing boards. He has also handled civil rights litigation and represented corporations and individuals in various civil disputes.

Within his criminal defense practice, Mr. Lindsey has advocated for defendants in both state and federal courts. Notably, he has extensive experience representing individuals involved in death penalty cases, both at the trial and appellate levels. Mr. Lindsey’s legal expertise extends to multiple jurisdictions, as he is admitted to practice before the United States Circuit Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, the United States District Court for the District of Colorado, the Colorado Supreme Court, the Wyoming Supreme Court, and the Supreme Court of Arizona.
