Well, there actually can be all types of whistleblower lawsuits. Uh, what they have in common is that it can be an individual, it’s generally an employee
in our practice, sees something that is illegal or fraudulent or wasteful and they report that conduct and they then
suffer adverse consequences because of it. The report can be basically about anything that we’ve deemed that governments and society has deemed is a
wrongful act. And we want to be able to protect folks who report that wrongful act.
