Premises liability is a term that describes – it’s generally an injury that takes place on someone’s property. And typically where we see that come in is either a homeowner, a business owner, just a – it could be a building owner, like an apartment complex. And these are generally injuries that take place on those premises. The most common kind that we see is either a trip-and-fall injury or a slip-and-fall injury, but it is not exclusively limited to that. It could be something falling on an individual or actually a piece of property, like a sidewalk breaking underfoot, whatever it might be. But it’s the general category to cover injuries that take place on property.
