so the MBTA they’re in you know

a class of their own and that puts on

some special challenges for us in order

to notify them in a timely fashion that

there was an incident whether you’re a

passenger on a bicycle or whether you’re

in a motor vehicle involved in an

accident with an MBTA bus in that

situation we have to provide notice you

have to give notice within 30 days they

like to be notified of the incident

whether it’s calling out that Transit

Police Department to come out there

whether they’re getting the certified

letter which we send out to them that’s

what gets everything started at least in

terms of the claim
