probably the biggest challenge I would

have is if it’s a case where there was

no notice that was provided and and by

that I mean you know did they not call

the police

um did they walk away from the scene was

there no notice whatsoever provided to

an official those are the cases that are

tougher to handle they like it to be

reported on scene they like to have a

written report that’s probably the

biggest challenge I’d say aside from

further on dealing with them on

settlement purposes they have their own

legal department they handle their own

claims it’s not as if we’re working with

an insurance company you’re working with

an attorney other than that they’re

rather routine but I think those little

quirky things at the beginning sort of

set them apart for me
