well that would depend on the injury

unfortunately we’ll see a lot of cases

where the person is really hurt like a

pedestrian a bicyclist is on a bicycle

and gets hit by either a truck or a car

and in that scenario the injuries could

be significant it really depends on what

type of injuries they’re having what

they receive in terms of treatment how

long they treat for whether they’re

permanently damaged as a result

it’s hard to to place a value on that

but certainly as the case progresses

we’re able to figure out what the

residual impairment may be and that

would go into our evaluation of what the

value of the case is
