so I’ve been working on appeals in the

immigration setting since uh before I

was even an attorney I started working

on appeals when I was clerking in law

school throughout that time I’ve handled

appeals at various circuit courts of

appeal many times before the board of

immigration appeals I am admitted to the

Supreme Court of the United States and

have considered filing a writ of

certiorari on a few occasions but walked

away from it all of the relative uh

administrative agencies the USCIS

administrative appeals office and

different types of appeals before the

Department of Labor such as balka
