Well, the employer has to make any accommodation available to someone and this was a very famous case against Abercrombie when the gal on the floor wanted to wear her head scarf, and Abercrombie said it doesn’t fit with their image. So they were sued for it and the gal won, because that was against her legally protected rights. She is practicing her religion and, as long as it’s not an undue burden to the employer, they have to allow it.
