downs, the typical motor vehicle accidents and dog bite cases. We specialize in catastrophic injury cases
only, high value cases, cases where someone’s either catastrophically injured, can no longer use a an
important body part, or they’re no longer here, they’ve passed away. Those are the types of cases that we specialize in. And cases that have
already been vetted by other lawyers because most of our cases we get, they come from referrals from other lawyers who entrust us to handle their highv value cases.
Look, there’s a few things you want to focus on. One is you have to look at experience and competence, but when you’re dealing with serious cases, that’s just a start. Um, what you really
need to do is you need to understand you have a connection with someone because what happens when there’s a serious case and a case like this can go on for many
years, that person sort of becomes part of your extended family for that limited period of time. So it’s really important both that you have confidence and trust
in the person but also it has to be the person has to be steeped in experience and has to have a track record of success.
