So what guides our work is if there truly is um a change that can be made whether that is an outcome for the
family they’ve either lost a loved one someone who was the bread winner for the family if we can make a change in that individual’s life that lean towards
doing the actual case. Also sometimes there’s just a change that we want in society. If we see an area where we can
make society better, we can make you know the laws here better, we will take on those challenges. We will take on those cases.

Stamford, CT personal injury attorney Joaquin Madry talks about the philosophy that guides his work. He explains that one of the primary factors guiding his work is whether a case has the potential to make a meaningful difference in a person’s life. In situations where a family has lost a loved one or a primary source of financial support, he considers whether pursuing the case can help provide stability, accountability, or a measure of justice for those affected. When he believes a case can create a positive impact for the individuals involved, he is more inclined to pursue it.
He also notes that some cases are important because they have the potential to create broader change beyond the immediate parties. When he identifies an opportunity to improve public safety, influence industry practices, or encourage meaningful legal reform, he is willing to take on those challenges. In his view, litigation can serve not only to help individual clients but also to promote positive changes that benefit society as a whole.
