malpractice cases that’s all we do you

know there’s very few firms even in the

country that exclusively specialize in

medical malpractice litigation and in

California maybe one one of two firms

that do that exclusively so I mean that

gives us kind of a different perspective

because we do this stuff every day and

have done it for a long time

cases and those are almost exclusively

on behalf of patients who are suing

their health care provider whether

that’s a nurse a doctor or hospital we

will occasionally be involved in cases

that have strong medical components that

are not against healthcare providers so

for example we take jail medical cases

where they’re jet people in jails and

prisons who aren’t given adequate

medical care but everything that we do

has a medical component to it
