Chelsea Augelli

Chelsea M. Augelli is a dedicated family law attorney, specializing exclusively in family law matters. With a wealth of experience, Chelsea handles a wide range of cases, including divorces, common-law marriages, complex financial disputes, parental responsibility matters, parenting time disputes, modifications of child support or maintenance, relocation cases, and the drafting of cohabitation or prenuptial agreements. She also has extensive experience dealing with high-conflict cases involving mental health and substance abuse issues.

While Chelsea is a passionate advocate and has substantial litigation experience, she is committed to providing her clients with a realistic and solution-focused approach to resolving their family law issues. Before embarking on her legal career, Chelsea worked as a paralegal at a prominent Colorado family law firm that specialized in high-conflict litigation. She gained valuable experience as a judicial intern at the Equal Employment Opportunity Commission, where she assisted Administrative Law Judges. Additionally, Chelsea worked in the Family Violence Unit at the District Attorney’s Office in the 2nd Judicial District and represented victims of domestic violence in the Civil Litigation Clinic at the Sturm College of Law. She was also appointed as a Guardian Ad Litem in civil protection order cases through the Rocky Mountain Children’s Law Center.

As a native of Colorado, Chelsea enjoys exploring the state’s beautiful outdoors, practicing yoga, attending Colorado Avalanche hockey games, cooking, appreciating live music, and expanding her knowledge of wine.
