Dana Zivkovich

Dana focuses her practice on probate and trust administration and litigation, along with addressing elder law matters such as asset protection and Medicaid benefit eligibility. She also specializes in estate planning, including special needs trusts and Medicaid planning. Dana diligently keeps herself informed about changes in legislation in Illinois and Indiana, ensuring she stays up to date on evolving issues. She consistently exceeds the required number of hours of continuing legal education each year and dedicates part of her time to researching and writing about the legal implications of current or pending legislation that affect her clients.

She has contributed articles to Generations Magazine and Res Gestae, and she is frequently invited to participate as a panelist in discussions on law practice management or to present on substantive legal topics. Dana has been featured in Chicago Lawyer Magazine, the American Bar Association Journal, and has appeared as a special guest on Jerry Davich’s radio show, “Casual Fridays with Jerry Davich.” In 2007, she established a social networking group for lawyers, providing a platform for them to convene, share challenges, and exchange solutions. This group continues to convene on a monthly basis, alternating locations within Chicago. In 2015, she embarked on a collaboration with a local television producer to create a show discussing legal subjects of interest for public access television, which aired for two years.
