Well, I think you should should definitely make a record of it right away. You should report it to your employer. Usually, there’s a human resources department at certain places.
Report it to human resources so they’re aware of what occurred. If you’re injured because of some dangerous condition, for example, maybe there was
ice or something on the on on coming in to work or something of that nature, take pictures. Make sure that if there
are any witnesses, you know who they are and report it right away and then call a lawyer right away because it’s so important to get to the lawyer as soon
as possible because the lawyer will then do investigation. They’ll hire investigators. They’ll secure video. The
longer the person waits, the harder it is to find witnesses. Video gets destroyed after a certain period of time. So, you want to make a record of
your injuries and get to a lawyer right away.

Parsippany, NJ personal injury attorney Christopher Masmunno shares his advice for someone who has been injured at work. He advises that anyone injured at work should document the incident and report it to their employer as soon as possible, preferably through the company’s human resources department. He recommends gathering evidence by taking photographs of any hazardous conditions, identifying potential witnesses, and creating a clear record of what occurred. He also stresses the importance of contacting an attorney promptly so that an investigation can begin while critical evidence, such as surveillance footage and witness statements, is still available. He notes that delays can make it more difficult to preserve evidence and build a strong claim.
