It’s a good question. There are grid injuries that identify whether or not you’re automatically disabled. Age plays a factor to this grid. The older you are, the greater the likelihood that you’ll be found disabled. We find that the real key are those individuals who are over 50 and over 55 years of age, because over 55 if you can’t do the last regular employment you did for the past decade because of a disability, then you’re automatically found to be disabled and eligible for SSDI.
