Certainly the owner-operator model and not just from a litigation standpoint, but seeing how the owner-operator model is going to change over the next several years is gonna be a hot-button topic. In addition, certainly new regulations are coming down every day. And in particular, the Federal safety laws that have come down over the last — I’d say the last three or four years and are going into effect right now are gonna have a substantial change on the transportation industry and are going to affect the transportation industry. The purpose of which, of course, is to ensure that you have safe transportation of perishable products and things of that nature.
And then the reality is, is that every day new laws are made, new decisions come from the courts, and so it’s an ever-changing industry, and it will continue to be an ever-changing industry. And it’s our job as lawyers to continue to monitor those changes and communicate those to the client so they know what’s happening in the particular industry they’re in.
