Yeah, I mean one thing that’s unique about our firm is we’re very focused on employment law. This is something that
everybody who works here was interested in working in this area of the law. We only represent employees in the work
that we do. Sometimes we step outside of employment law. Rob has a passion for doing key TAM work. We’ve occasionally
handled a PI case. Right now I’m involved in working on housing class
actions regarding habitability. And so that’s something that I’ve become very interested in. But mainly our primary
focus is employment law. And so since we are focused on that, we you know we consider ourselves very knowledgeable in
that area. And that gives us an edge against other firms that are, you know,
sort of split between the areas that they practice.
