We do. We don’t believe that anyone is above the law. We don’t regard ourselves as above the law, and if we’re going to bring claims against other professionals, such as doctors and accountants in appropriate cases, then we also need to be willing to police our own and to hold other lawyers accountable if they make a mistake in the same way we would expect to be accountable for any mistake that we made. It’s an area of the law that not a lot of lawyers practice, but we find that there are enough persons out there who have unfortunately encountered a lawyer who made a mistake that it’s been a consistent area of our practice since the beginning.
