Lawyers have to get time in the courtroom to become comfortable with it. You know, I think there’s an idea that when we graduate from law school that a lawyer’s able to be comfortable in a courtroom. And the truth is that takes time and repetition. We’re fortunate enough that we have a great deal of courtroom time and there’s really no substitute for it. So since I was very young and I was at the District Attorney’s Office trying juvenile cases to the trial of cases, you know, every year over the last 18 years we have a lot of time in there. What we’re able to do is overcome whatever barriers some people have being in court and seeing what happens. I go to court and I see it as a place where something good is about to happen not where something bad is about to happen. And I think that that is a benefit of the 20 years of experience that we’ve had seeing good outcomes come from the court system.
