Silence is golden and and it is your
right. Anything that you say to a police
officer, to a prosecutor, to a judge,
any of that can be can come back and
haunt you and can be used against you
later and it doesn’t go away. It stays
with you for the remainder of the case.
Don’t think you’re just going to be able
to talk your way out of this. The best
thing to do is to go and talk with a

together make a decision as to if you’re
going to say anything or talk with a
police officer and what you’re going to
say.
