you should reach out to a lawyer who you know and trust um as soon as that happens. Individuals such as uh myself
or anyone who um gets involved in an an injury through medical malpractice.
We’re lay people, right? We’re not doctors and we certainly don’t specialize in the type of area whoever that doctor is that may have made a
mistake. So, you would reach out to a lawyer and that lawyer would preserve your rights. For example, at our firm,
um, we have a a medical doctor who’s one of my partners. He’s a doctor and a lawyer. And we’re very careful in terms of securing all of the medical
information that’s out there and conducting a deep dive investigation.
And that usually involves bringing in that specialty. Let’s just say that uh uh there’s a thoracic surgeon that may
have made a mistake. Well, we we will have another thoracic surgeon review the medical records and look for any
negligence. Often times there is no negligence. So, we do our clients a very good service there. We can investigate
