so there definitely a lot of Trends in

one of the trends that we see are

increased um disputes over jurisdiction

people competing as to which form should

actually hear to divorce there’s also an

increase in requests for parents to

relocate their child abroad this can be

done legally with the approval of the

court but there’s also a increase in

incidents of this happening unlawfully

and that’s that constitutes

people living in more than one countries

they also have assets and real property

in foreign countries so we’re having to

deal with Discovery and tracing of

foreign assets trying to get foreign

evidence and trying to value property

and assets that are located in other countries
