that is a question we do hear a lot um
affording a bankruptcy can be
one of the challenges to filing a
bankruptcy at times however our firms
made it pretty pretty easy to to afford
a bankruptcy case because we do accept
installment payments um we’re also
pretty affordable for certain cases um
one of the reasons being is that we’ve
we’ve done a really great job especially
mr robinson when he’s built this firm
has done a really great job of
streamlining our process where you’re
not needing to pay an hourly fee to
speak to an attorney to provide a
documentation to provide any documents
because we have staff that can help you
through that process a lot of times
what we need from you
is some documentation and answers to
questions that you can provide to our
staff which they would push on to us and
one of the really great things about
being able to pay
for your bankruptcy case in installments
is that when you stop having to pay
those high pressure debts those payday
loans those credit card payments once
that once that garnishment gets stopped
what you then do have the ability to do
is to pay for the bankruptcy case
because a lot of times it’s not our
clients not being able to afford the
case
it’s our clients being
restricted and held down by their
creditors to be able to not only afford
their bankruptcy case but also those
other necessities of everyday life that
filing a bankruptcy helps you then
afford
Kansas City, KS bankruptcy attorney Hunter Gould explains how you can pay for a bankruptcy lawyer if I can’t pay my bills. He shares that he often heard that question, and he acknowledged that affording a bankruptcy could sometimes be one of the challenges to filing. However, his firm had made it fairly easy for clients to manage the cost because they accepted installment payments. They also kept their services affordable in many cases, largely due to the way Mr. Robinson had built the firm. Robinson had done an excellent job of streamlining the process so clients weren’t required to pay hourly fees just to speak with an attorney or submit documents. The staff was trained to guide clients through much of the process, gathering the necessary documentation and answers, and then passing them along to the attorneys.
One of the biggest benefits of installment payments, he explained, was that once high-pressure debts—like payday loans, credit card payments, or garnishments—were stopped, clients finally had the ability to redirect that money toward paying for their bankruptcy case. More often than not, the issue wasn’t that clients couldn’t afford bankruptcy itself. The real problem was that their creditors were holding them back, making it difficult to cover both the cost of filing and the other necessities of daily life. By filing, they could lift that burden and regain the financial breathing room they needed.
