With an armed robbery charge, the
possible defenses include I didn’t do
it. You know, the it wasn’t me. Uh it
can include that it wasn’t armed
robbery. Uh perhaps it was um robbery,
but not armed robbery, which would be a
lesser offense. that it was um somebody
else, that there was an alibi. Uh
meaning you were somewhere else and
couldn’t possibly be the person who was
involved.
