so if you’ve been charged with murder

the important thing to do is to put your

resources and hire a criminal defense

attorney on the front end who can handle

the case at trial

oftentimes i’ll be retained to handle a

case either on appeal or further down

the road in post-conviction of for

habeas corpus where the person wasn’t

able to hire their own attorney at trial

and the family didn’t come off come up

up with resources until much later and

you want to make sure that on the front

and at trial that you have somebody that

you feel confident with and comfortable

with is going to represent you on your

case
