When I think about my firm, what I really think is important is the relationship that we build with our clients. It’s a scary process. There’s a
lot of unknown. There’s a lot of questions that I’m sure people have as they go through this process. And we’re
there to answer those questions to make sure that the process remains in
our client’s control. Our goal is theirs. What their goals may be is what we are here to effectuate.
When I think about the level of service that I want to provide to my clients,
it’s being available during such a difficult period of their of their life. I want to make sure that
they feel comfortable asking as many questions as they have. They are navigating what could be a new
experience that uh is very very frightening. I want to be able to provide some sort of understanding for
the process and most importantly I’m going to be honest about that process.
Honest about what are the potential outcomes and how is our uh time and energy best spent.
