I became a plaintiff’s employment lawyer, I used to work on the defense side, representing some of the largest companies in the world, working on some
of their largest cases. Every case was bet the company. We had to work very closely with with our clients. We had to
pay close attention to detail, deliver at the highest levels. When I started my
own practice, I wanted to deliver that same level of expertise, detail, and care for my smaller clients.
And so that’s what we set out to do 20 years ago. That’s what we’ve been doing. I answer all the calls with my clients.
Every client before they get signed up, have a conversation with me. I connect with them. We learn about them throughout the process. I stay involved
with them. I hold their hands. I explain everything the same way as I would have to the general counsel of some of the
largest companies. So to do that, we have to be very selective in our cases.
I can’t take on many cases because I can’t deliver that level of individualized attention if I have a thousand clients. So we take only
righteous cases. We take only the those cases that we think deserve our best attention and we stay with our clients
until we get the best resolution through trial or a negotiated settlement.
So, we really strive to provide our clients with timely communication, personal attention, and honest advice.
We like to get to know our clients, figure out not just what happened to them, but what their objectives are, what they’re trying to achieve in a in a
litigation, so we can best figure out how to help them. So, we explain the risks, we explain the options, and we
provide a anticipated timeline of when they can expect things. And throughout the process, we like to keep our clients
informed so that they’re always in the know. They’re always part of the process and they never feel in the dark about what’s happening to their case.

Los Angeles, CA employment plaintiffs attorneys Navid Yadegar and Navid Soleymani talk about what makes their firm different and the level of service can clients expect. Navid Yadegar shares that he became a plaintiff’s employment lawyer after previously working on the defense side, where he represented some of the largest companies in the world in high-stakes litigation. He notes that this experience taught him the importance of working closely with clients, paying close attention to detail, and delivering the highest level of legal service, and when he established his own practice, he wanted to bring that same level of expertise, care, and attention to smaller clients. He has carried this philosophy into his practice for more than 20 years by personally speaking with clients, connecting with them before they become clients, learning about their circumstances throughout the case, and remaining personally involved from beginning to end.
He emphasizes that providing this level of individualized attention requires the firm to be selective about the cases it accepts. He notes that he cannot provide the same degree of personal attention to a thousand clients, so the firm takes on only cases it believes genuinely deserve its time, resources, and commitment. He remains involved with clients throughout the litigation process and works toward achieving the best possible resolution, whether through trial or negotiated settlement.
Navid Soleymani emphasizes the firm’s commitment to providing clients with timely communication, personal attention, and honest legal advice. He explains that the firm takes the time to understand not only what happened to each client but also what the client hopes to accomplish through the litigation, allowing the attorneys to determine the most effective way to assist them. He discusses the importance of explaining the risks and available options, providing an anticipated timeline, and keeping clients informed throughout the process so they remain involved and never feel uncertain about what is happening with their case.
