i think again what makes us different
than other law firms is in addition to
the legal acumen the business acumen and
just real life
people skills that we bring to the table
if we’re dealing with a sophisticated
client that’s been involved as a
developer
or has been involved in litigation
it’s a little different if someone’s
approaching us new that has never really
been involved or worked with a lawyer
before it can be an extremely
intimidating process
and so
making the clients feel comfortable
that
we can explain to them in whatever
method and manner we need to in order to
get them educated with whatever is going
on with their particular legal issue
and for even existing clients that that
call me and my partners
every day for advice
that
we don’t bill them for that everyday
advice unless it turns into a matter so
we don’t we don’t build them if we send
out a letter we don’t build them if we
photocopy 20 sheets of paper and if i
have clients that call and they need
legal advice on a matter
i will give them that advice without
them having the fear that they’re going
to get nickel and dimed and billed
for every time i think about them their
file or they call me and so i think our
clients generally
keep coming back and appreciate that

choose to do business as lawyers
