The complex US immigration system often poses a daunting barrier for individuals and employers, but Ms. Malison is dedicated to advocating for those who dare to navigate this system to achieve their goals.

Ms. Malison assists clients with both nonimmigrant and immigrant visa matters, including H-1B cap exempt cases for non-profit organizations. She has expertise in crafting detailed responses to requests for evidence (RFEs) and filing EB-1 immigrant visa petitions. During her time in law school, Ms. Malison gained valuable experience as a law clerk at the East Bay Community Law Center and KIND (Kids in Need of Defense). She also represented clients through the UT Immigration Clinic.
