Mary Jane Weaver

After discovering the intersection of various legal areas in immigration law during law school, Ms. Weaver pursued it as her professional passion. She gained valuable experience through clerkships at the Immigration Court in Miami and San Francisco before entering private practice. Immigration issues remain her ongoing focus, and she frequently provides insight on the topic through interviews with media outlets such as SF Chronicle, SJ Mercury News, National Public Radio, and SF Daily Journal. Ms. Weaver, along with her husband, who is a naturalized U.S. citizen from Kenya, resides in San Francisco with their two sons.
