Jacqueline is a highly experienced litigation attorney with a career spanning over twenty years. She has successfully handled cases in various Illinois State Courts, including DuPage, Cook, Will, Kane, and Kendall counties, as well as the Federal District Court in Chicago and the First and Second District Appellate Courts. Her expertise extends to diverse areas of litigation, such as family law, business disputes, trust and estate matters, land use conflicts, and eminent domain.

Jacqueline excels in managing cases during the pre-trial phase, striving for efficient and equitable settlements. She is well-versed in alternative dispute resolution methods like mediation and arbitration. In cases that require litigation, she has experience presenting before judges and juries. As an accomplished appellate attorney, Jacqueline has argued cases in multiple district appellate courts, even personally appearing before them.

Additionally, Jacqueline has volunteered internationally, joining World Central Kitchen at Ukrainian refugee intake centers in Spain during the summer of 2022, accompanied by her daughter.
