now that’s key because not all attorneys
specialize in the same area of law there
are some attorneys that know a lot about
a particular type of law and there are
some attorneys that know better another
you want to find someone who is going to
help you work on that type of case when
you have a Target letter it means that
they’re looking into you they’re aren’t
any charges against you usually yet and
they’re just an allegation you want an
attorney to find out what those
allegations are what you’re being looked
at for and you don’t want to be the one
to call the FBI or to call law
enforcement local law enforcement you
want someone else to do that for you
because anything you do say to the
police and I’m sure everyone has heard
this because you hear it on television
all the time can and will be used
against you in a court of law so if you
have a lawyer talk to them for you you
can find out all the information us
about what they’re starting to look at
you for and you can be prepared and then
attorney can strategize with you for the
best way to handle this because the best
outcome would be that you just stayed a
Target and you stop being a Target and
no charges are filed and the allegation
just Falls away
