We have quite a bit of experience handling these types of claims. We have handled whistleblower claims in all
kinds of different industries and in all types of different uh factual scenarios.
For example, we have handled cases where the employee has complained that the employer has uh is not paying wages
correctly. And recently, we obtained a $1.2 million judgment on behalf of an
employee who complained that the company’s changes to their compensation policy was illegal and as a result, he
was terminated. We also have done whistleblower claims where the employee complained that the employer was not
following safety standards. And in one recent case, the employee complained that the company was violating uh their
own safety requirements and as a result, he was terminated. We achieved a very good settlement for that client uh which
frankly was life-changing for him. Now, of course, uh every case is different and no past result guarantees a future
result. But what we do in these types of cases is pay attention to the details,
develop a really detailed chronology, speak to all the witnesses, uh look at all the documents, and prepare a case
that is strong and that we believe that we could prevail and help our clients uh receive justice for what’s happened to them.
