In gun possession cases today, we see a sort of very overzealous sense of prosecution. The reason for that is everything that’s on the news. Even though we have a right to have a firearm. Even though the Second Amendment says we have the right to have it. Many people have lawful possession of a firearm. So, the suggestion that just because the police see or observe a gun means that somehow someone has done something illegal is wrong. What we deal with most and most difficult part is sort of in our culture this sort of overzealousness of the government regarding gun cases.
