Regarding drug cases, I would say first, I find them to be the most interesting. There’s more issues in drug cases than any other type of case. From a motion to suppress all the way through trial, we generally see in these drug cases four different scenarios when we talk about possession with intent to deliver. Either that they see someone delivering narcotics; there’s a building or home that they’re delivering narcotics from; they’re sharing at a party with a lot of people and delivering them to a large group to use socially; or fourth, that the quantity that the person possesses alone is too large to indicate personal use, and therefore it must be possession with intent to deliver. So, from a motion to suppress through trial, there’s so many issues. There’s so many things to do for your client in a drug case. They’re just some of the most fascinating cases that we have, and we concentrate on all the things I just mentioned.
