So, our country is growing old. The baby
boomers are older. Um, the number is t
tremendous. They’re calling it the
silver tsunami. And because of that, we
are going to have more people dying. And
that is going to result in more
litigation in this area. We’re actually
already seeing it. And that’s just
because people are changing their estate
plans late in life when they are more
like more susceptible to undue influence
and that’s resulting in litigation. Lay
people are generally more informed and
knowing that this isn’t right. I think I
can hire a lawyer. Going to get on the
internet. Going to Google and try to
find an attorney who can let me know if
I have a case and maybe I should um try
to contest the validity of this will,
this trust, this beneficiary designation
or a deed.
