Yes. So most of these cases will
actually be resolved in mediation and
oftent times before a a lawsuit is even
filed. And wills and trusts nowadays
also may have a provision in there that
says if there’s a dispute, you must
mediate or you must arbitrate.
Generally, it’s a mediation, which is
just a settlement conference with like a
a neutral generally um retired judge.
And nobody’s bound by anything. You just
kind of show up and you try to reach an
agreement and if you do, the case is
resolved.
