Spinal injuries, again, are serious and fall within the neurological aspect of our bodies, involving the brain and the spine. I had a very nice older woman who loved God, had a big family, and was full of joy. Unfortunately, she sustained a spinal injury that resulted in partial paralysis. We’re talking about a woman who was a Jehovah’s Witness, actively serving in her community and church, walking about, visiting people, and enjoying the service of the Lord. When she sustained this spinal injury, her life changed significantly. The injury was life-changing and catastrophic, leaving her partially paralyzed and affecting her forever. She was no longer the mom who could do whatever she wanted; it changed her life permanently.
