When we first have a client come in with a business dispute, we recommend, uh, that they really try to explore getting it resolved on the front end. Generally people don’t go into business to be in lawsuits and end up in court proceedings. They’ve got better things to do with their time. They’ve got a business to build. They’ve got a life to live. So we tell them first to see if it can be explored to resolve. And if that results in a mediation, maybe hiring a lawyer to help try to mediate a dispute, or there’s also – you can get involved in arbitration proceedings.
