The most rewarding aspect is when we start with the client. We sit down with the initial consultation. And they might be having any number of issues with paying the bills, being out of work, medical bills are overdue. And we try to put their mind at ease and explain to them that the process, while it may take some time, will ultimately turn out in your favor if you work with us. And on almost every occasion, the clients understand that. It might take a while, but they understand it.

And then at the end, if we get a successful result either through a settlement or a trial, the clients – when the clients express to us that their faith in us all along; that they really respect what we were doing; that we were there when they needed us to help them; that’s what really is rewarding at the end of the day, when you hear from clients about the work that was done. And then oftentimes, they’ll recommend and refer people that they know to us for similar cases, or other types of cases as well.

Minneapolis attorney Andy Noel explains why he likes being a lawyer.
