existence here has had an explosion in
development
and if you have been an attorney in
nevada for any length of time you have a
pretty decent amount of experience in
real property law
we have an extraordinary amount of
experience in real property law because
most of our clients are developers so
i have been involved in over
a million square feet of developed
industrial probably three four thousand
doors of apartments and condos and
untold amounts of real estate
transactions whether it’s improved real
estate or
real property that was then developed
and sold
because we’ve been here so long we’ve
actually like legitimately had a hand in
developing
the landscape that we see around us and
it is a joy to drive around
las vegas and nevada and see businesses
that we’ve actually helped establish and
jobs that we’ve been
we like to think an important part of
creating
