When people ask is everything going to get split 50/50 uh that’s not true. There is a a far
greater analysis of what is separate property which belongs to one person.
What is community property which would be split equally but even beyond that are there reimbursements? Are there
gifts? Are there other things that we need to consider? So to say blanket statement 50/50 uh it it it’s far more nuanced than that.
