and so

and then

making sure when we were awarding the

property we were transferring title

correctly within those states

and within the laws governing between

people and between

business ownership

you know we were able to track down

appraisers and in all the different

states and also in canada and get things

moving smoothly and quickly to get the

values and sort out you know the best

way to get the property awarded to who

it needed to be awarded to
