The trends I see with the prenuptual
agreements is wanting to eliminate
spousal support. So a waiver or a
termination of spousal support. Also the
trend is what’s mine is mine, what’s
yours is yours. Um, but you know, in
California, the courts will look at that
prenuptual agreement to make sure that
it was fair and reasonable at the time
it was entered into. California does not
have a bright line rule that allows us
to wave spousal support. So, there’s
some there’s some gray areas in the law.
