Per California law, both parties are
obligated to financially support their
children. Typically, one party is going
to be more um apt to be able to support
a child. And so, you know, that’s why we
have a guideline formula where we look
at income and other other factors, how
often you, you know, are spending time
with your child. Um, are you paying
tuition, child care? There’s a statewide
formula and we come up with a guideline,
but both parties are to share in the
financial care of the children.
