I enjoy the relationships that’s built between the client and myself. I get to talk to most of my clients almost every day and so we get to know each other and I’m a pretty compassionate person, so I’m there to listen to them and kind of tell them, “This is our job. We do it every day. We’ll take care of it,” and take some of the stress off of them.
