I think the most important thing of

family law attorney can do for their

client is to is to listen to what they

have to say and to let them know that

you’re doing everything that you can to

convey that to the court if it goes that

route or at least to the other side A

lot of times people in a divorce

situation or just any sort of family

litigation feel as though they’re not

being heard by the other party so it’s

very important for them to know that

their position is being put forth and

that the other party is at least hearing

the words if even if it’s not sinking in

completely
