My Philosophy as an estate planner is to
educate my clients as to the full range
of of what estate planning can do most
clients believe that they’re coming here
so that I can help them pass their
property on to the next uh generation or
or provide for their spouses and they
don’t often think about what happens if
they become disabled uh and who’s who’s
going to be in charge and and our
conversation is around who would make a
good uh a person to be in charge of
their assets both if they become
incompetent and if they die and has to
distribute the property to uh others and
whether those others will be able to
handle the money that and property that
they’re inherit

smarter than I am but they’re not
smarter than I am with what to do with
their property or how to deal with
conflicts among uh their loved ones
