so i have a really long history and

in estate planning and estate

since mike riddle my dad founded his law

firm in 1981

i had the privilege of working at the

firm since i was 14 years old and so i

started at the firm

shortly after it was formed in 1981 as a

teenager witnessing wills

and doing other administrative tasks i

went to u of h for law school

and then i went i graduated from law

school in 1996

before that i went to ut and obtained a

business degree

in 2003 i became board certified in

estate planning

in probate and then in 2010 i was

elected as the judge of harris county

probate court four

and i had the privilege of serving as

the judge of that court for

two terms um or eight years as a judge i

was able to really live my mission

of helping families in times of crisis

and i also got to see just you know

thousands of wills

i got to oversee the administration of

hundreds of estates and guardianships

and it was just an incredible privilege

to serve in that role and help families

um who are making the journey the

journey of

handling or administering a loved one’s

or the journey of helping a loved one
